The AUTOOL CT160 is a 4-position heated ultrasonic fuel injector tester and cleaner machine for standard gasoline injectors. Its key distinctions are a 45°C heated 2,000 mL cleaning tank and 70W ultrasonic cleaning at 28 kHz. It provides 3 cleaning functions and 9 testing functions for injector flow comparison, spray-pattern observation, leakage checks, and pulse response, with 100 mL test tubes, one pump, a pressure gauge, an LCD, and a test-fluid level gauge. It does not provide the 12V/70V/120V drive settings used by GDI-oriented CT models and is not for GDI/EFI/FSI long-injector testing. Use approved cleaning fluid in the ultrasonic tank and separate injector test fluid in the test circuit.
