SANITMAX SM860 is a commercial ride-on floor scrubber dryer machine built for warehouses, factories, retail, schools, hospitals, and other large facilities. Dual 34" brushes deliver wide coverage while the 41.7" squeegee leaves floors clean and dry in one pass. It’s designed for sealed hard floors commonly found in commercial/industrial spaces, including sealed concrete, epoxy-coated floors, polished concrete, VCT/LVT, tile, and terrazzo flooring. Large tanks (34.3-gal solution / 37-gal recovery) reduce refill and dump time, and the rechargeable 24V 150Ah lead-acid battery supports up to 6 hours of continuous operation (6–8 hour recharge).
